Terms and Conditions
DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT
In consideration for the photography services provided by the PHOTOGRAPHER, CLIENT agrees to pay the total cost of agreed service.
plus any applicable taxes. CLIENT agrees to pay the photographer a non-refundable initial deposit for the photography services. The initial payment reserves the photographers time and will be taken as deposit and deducted from the total cost of the agreed services. The remaining balance of the payment for photography services must be paid in full no later than the date of the session.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If PHOTOGRAPHER cancels for any reasons any monies paid will be fully refunded within 7 days from the notice of cancellation. If CLIENT cancels this shoot for any reason, the initial payment will not be returned to CLIENT. If CLIENT fails to pay the final balance on the date of the session, Photographer deserves the right to cancel the session and CLIENT will lose the deposit.
RESCHEDULING/LATE ARRIVALS
In the event CLIENT requests to reschedule the session, upon rescheduling with PHOTOGRAPHER the payment will be applied to the new session date, rescheduled date must take place within one calendar year from original session date. Any CLIENT arriving late to a session, will have that time deducted from their total allottted session time.
TRAVEL AND LOCATION COSTS
Any fees associated with the location that the CLIENT has chosen, will be paid for directly to the location, by the CLIENT.
Photographer agrees to perform photography services within a 50 mile radius of Redditch any mileage over 50 miles will be charged at £1 per mile.
COPYRIGHT
PHOTOGRAPHER owns the copy
right to all images created and CLIENT grants permission to use CLIENT'S image, or
likeness in any and all forms of media for commercial purposes, advertising, trade, personal use, or any and all other uses including PHOTOGRAPHER'S website, or other advertising. (A fee of £100 will be issued if caught using images taken by Laylaashleyphotography without permissions)
LIABILITY
CLIENT agrees to hold PHOTOGRAPHER harmless for any personal injury, which may occur as the CLIENT poses or works with PHOTOGRAPHER. If children do not corporate during session affecting the outcome of images. PHOTOGRAPHER not liable for any changes in weather and or weather related accidents. If the PHOTOGRAPHER is unable to deliver images due to unforeseen circumstances such as technological malfunctions, loss of data due to catastrophic event, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault
of the photographer. Liability should be limited to the amount equal to the initial payment.
